What problem or challenge exist (current situation)?
At the moment there is no possibility to black- or whitelabel business contacts within the app. We need to log in in the provider portal and do the labeling there. There are just 2 persons who are aware how to do this and they need to be contacted from the team.
What is the proposed solution / idea (target situation)?
Please add a setup to define whether white- or blacklabeling is not allowed, allowed for everybody who can do the sanction check or user-specific. If it is user specific the users need to be chosen for this.
The labeling itself then needs to be added within the sanction check entities and synchronized with the providers portal
What specific benefits will this achieve?
This will save us time when doing the sanction checks as a negative check might stopp a whole process until the right person is found and did the labeling within the portal. Other than that there is no need to change the software.
